Decima.lk offers the GatePass product, which serves as a digital or physical pass granting access to specific events or services listed on our platform. The GatePass can be purchased online through our website, and it is non-transferable.

By purchasing a GatePass, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth for that product and understand that the GatePass is subject to availability, validity periods, and any specific event-related terms.

Refund Policy for GatePass

We do not refund, exchange, or substitute tickets after purchase. Please treat your tickets like cash, as we cannot replace lost or stolen tickets. A change in your personal circumstances does not entitle you to return or exchange the ticket.

Once purchased, the GatePass is final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellations, personal emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. More information can be found here
